In his role as the Chief Digital Solutions Officer, Frank leads the Global Delivery, Advisory and Technology Practices within the Digital Solutions Business Unit and has the responsibility to identify, build and deliver the digital capabilities needed by our clients. He also leads the development of One Hitachi solutions, combining expertise from Hitachi's mobility, energy, industry and smart-life companies to solve customers' business challenges.

A seasoned professional with experience leading Fortune 500 global delivery management and transformation programs, Frank is one of the top IT/OT executives in the industry. He built a $500-million industrial IoT business from the ground up and has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing solutions.

Before he joined Hitachi Vantara in October 2020, Frank spent 17 years at Cognizant, most recently as the global market's leader for IoT and engineering. Prior to Cognizant, he was a project director at Tranquilmoney, a technology startup that focused on emerging technologies in the healthcare industry. Frank holds a computer science and engineering degree from the University of Madras in India.
